Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects in the product.
This does not cover issues caused by the shipping company or delays in receiving the order from the courier. In such cases, you may claim compensation directly from the shipping company under its own policy.

✅ Conditions
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be in their original condition, with original labels and packaging.
• The defect must not result from shipping or misuse.
• Items must be returned via the same shipping company, and return shipping fees are paid by the customer, even if the original order had free shipping.

📝 How to Request
1. Email us at prssoegypt@gmail.com with your order invoice and a photo of the product. We'll reply within 2 business days.
2. We'll send you the return address.
3. Once received, we'll inspect the product within 7 business days.
4. If approved, we'll replace the product or issue a refund within 14 business days of approval.
